This is the second time we have stayed at Hanah's place and just love it! She has made some updates and added a firepit and a hot tub! The cabin feels homey, is very clean and organized, and kitchen is well outfitted. The cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood so it is easy to relax and also a short drive to many activities. We look forward to returning!

Sigh... On one hand, I want to give this place 6/5 stars because that's what it was. But on the other hand, I want to give it a 1/5 stars to bomb the listing so I can keep it a secret all to myself LOL!!! :P This stay by Hanah was AMAZING!!! She and her husband personally take care of the property, and you can TELL that there is genuine human touch and care to it. I travel for work, and even some 4 and 5 star hotels do not provide what Hanah provides in terms of cleanliness, communication, and hospitality. This home has truly everything you need: extreme comfortability (AC, heating, extra blankets, king-sized bed, rain-head shower), gorgeous design, a well-stocked kitchen (featuring a FABULOUS coffee/tea set-up), and of course... THE HOT TUB. :D Great location (30 mins from Lake Placid); very quiet neighborhood; super responsive, thoughtful, and kind host. This is the first AirBnB experience I've had that's a no-brainer on returning for a second trip... It's THAT good!!!

We had a nice, peaceful stay. The house was cozy, clean, organized, and well stocked. We really enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Most places we wanted to visit during the day were within a 20-30 drive. Would definitely return!

We chose to book a last minute Airbnb following our wedding, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience here. We paid for a hotel room at our local casino the night of our wedding, and this cabin ended up equating to slightly less per night than we spent on that. With far more privacy and things to do (many without spending additional money). I love that it was isolated while still being within a short driving distance of more “touristy” areas. Being able to stay in and relax, have a fire, or use the hot tub, or go out to find scenic views and hit up local coffee shops and vendors in lake placid. We have already talked about coming back for future anniversaries. Great experience.
